Cottonwood Compounding was founded over five years ago by Dr. Kevin Witzenman, a pharmacist driven by a mission to fulfill the unmet needs of patients that traditional pharmacies were overlooking. With a keen focus on patient wellness, Dr. Witzenman has been dedicated to providing exceptional care and personalized services, particularly in the specialized field of compounding and hormone replacement therapy.
Our pharmacy's roots trace back to Dr. Witzenman's academic journey, where he earned his Bachelor's in Science from Weber State University and his Doctorate of Pharmacy from South University School of Pharmacy. His passion for compounding ignited immediately after his graduation in 2014, shaping the cornerstone of our pharmacy's expertise.
